Youth Empowerment
Establishing 10 regional tech hubs and vocational training centers to create 50,000 jobs by 2030, focusing on digital skills, agriculture, and renewable energy.
Women's Inclusion
Creating a Women's Economic Fund to provide microloans and training for 20,000 women entrepreneurs by 2030, ensuring 30% women's representation in governance.
Economic Revival
Channeling Sierra Leone's diamond and mineral wealth into technology and agriculture, reducing raw export dependency through transparent mining oversight.
Healthcare Access
Dr. Bangura plans to build 50 rural clinics, train 5,000 healthcare workers, and launch a national health education campaign by 2030, strengthening our response to crises like Mpox.
